Assembly Straightedges

Area of Use

Assembly straightedges can be used in many areas requiring parallelism and flatness. It is generally used in machine assemblies, adjustments of benches that need to work in parallel with each other, rail and slide assemblies, role assemblies and adjustments of rolling mills.

The flatness precision of the surfaces is as in the table below. Values are given in μm.

*3 times valid for the flatness of the side surfaces.
*2 times valid for the parallelism of the measuring surfaces to each other.
*6 times valid for the parallelism of the side surfaces.
*For the 90 degrees of the side surfaces to the measuring surface, it is 3 times valid.
*0,5mm tolerance is available for corner breaks.
